Well to make a long story short. From the first time with the sales representative to scheduling the time and day to installation. Everything was great. We had 8 windows replaced and then removed our gappy French door replaced with a sliding door. It just looks great All around. Later will get them to replace our front door. Thanks to all that was involved in the project. Very pleased 😁
