Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to receive a sales presentation. You do not have to be present to win—only one entry allowed per household. The winner’s name will be drawn after the contest concludes on December 31st of the current year. All entries received after December 31st will automatically be entered into the following year's contest. The winner will be notified by telephone within 15 days of drawing. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 3 days of sweepstakes notification, or a new winner may be chosen. Acceptance of a prize will require a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.
Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. Winning product must be installed at the address entered into the contest entry form. A maximum retail value of $25,000.00 for any Appleby product will be awarded as prize. If the winner purchases products from Appleby Systems, Inc before the drawing date, and wins this contest, the winner will receive additional products up to a retail value of $25,000. There is no cash value for this prize. No cash refunds. This promotion is only open to legal residents 18 years and older of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or New Jersey, who own their own home. Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All liability for federal, state, and other taxes is the sole responsibility of each winner. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Contest is not open to employees, officers, or directors of Appleby Systems, Inc or their families. Appleby Systems, Inc is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged, or late entries. Multiple entries will be discarded. Winner hereby agrees to the use of their name(s), photos of their home, and personal photos for promotional purposes. Odds are based on the number of qualified entries received.
By completing this entry, entrant(s) hereby grant Appleby Systems, Inc permission to contact them by telephone at the telephone number listed for the purpose of verifying the entry as well as offering a free home energy audit and estimate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Appleby Systems, Inc reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
