I have always wanted a big picture window that open so from the sales guy to the installation my experience was the best I love my window and so does my dog lol I can’t wait until fall when I can let the fresh air blow in. I didn’t have to clean up after the guys installed it. I’m very happy with it I show everyone picture of my window. I’m not sure if the guy came from York or where I was just to excited to have it done. Thank you so much for making me happy!
